Pricing and currency

Prices are listed in US Dollars by default. Currency conversion is handled by your payment provider. Shipping, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout.

Authenticity and provenance

All pieces are accompanied by provenance documentation. Each acquisition is delivered with a maker’s note, a kiln record, and a 14-day authenticity review window.

Limitation of liability

14-day authenticity review

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund under our authenticity review. If the piece does not match its provenance documentation, we cover return shipping and refund 100% of the purchase price.

Damaged in transit

All pieces are shipped with white-glove packaging. If your piece arrives damaged, report within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will either repair, replace with a comparable piece, or refund in full at your option.

Change of mind

For change-of-mind returns on pieces in original condition, we offer store credit within 30 days of delivery. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Contact us through the channels listed on the main site with your order number. We will respond within one business day with instructions.

Processing time

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned piece. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund on your statement.
