2. Product Information
LLC craft sells handmade porcelain. Because each piece is individually hand-thrown, hand-glazed, and high-fired, natural variations are inherent and expected:
- Glaze color, crackle patterns, and surface texture may differ slightly from product photographs
- Dimensions and capacity can vary by 3–8% due to hand-forming
- Pinhole marks, kiln spots, and subtle warping are characteristics of handmade ceramics, not defects
We make every effort to display colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen will precisely reproduce actual colors.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
- We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards via Airwallex
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders are not affected
- Sales tax may apply based on your shipping location
4. Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped via DHL Express from Jingdezhen, China. Shipping is a $35 flat rate worldwide, fully insured. Transit time is typically 7–14 business days after dispatch (within 2 business days of order). Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not included at checkout. 5. Returns and Refunds
You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For items damaged in transit, we offer a 48-hour breakage resolution — full refund, replacement, or store credit, your choice. Return shipping is covered by LLC craft for defective or damaged items; return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the buyer's responsibility. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including product photography, design, text, graphics, logos, and the LLC craft name — is the property of LLC craft and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
LLC craft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. This does not limit liability for personal injury or fraud where prohibited by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state applicable to the transaction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
